If you’re a NY business with 30+ employees, here’s what you can’t afford to overlook by March 18.

If you employ 30 or more people in New York, there’s a compliance requirement that comes into focus on that date.

By that deadline, employers are required to either offer a qualifying retirement plan, or formally register to comply with the NY Secure Choice mandate.
